BOOK PROJECT SURVEY

Dear Friends,

The time has come to get started on that book so many of you have requested. And I would LOVE input from you -- my clients, students, and friends.

My life's work isn't just about me. It's about all of us. I can't tell my story without talking about our connections. To begin, I'd like to ask you to share your thoughts, impressions, and stories so that others can experience the possibilities.

If you would be willing to participate, please complete the following questionnaire. If you would prefer to talk with me so that I can answer questions, just give me a call at 520-908-1321. All names, if used in the book, will be changed to ensure your anonimity.
