This day is both playful and profound. We will create a tool box filled with techniques for meditation, guided imagery, writing, and intuitive exercises designed to help us explore, discover integrate and transform.

How do we live life in joy and balance?

Each participant in the workshop receives a touch of personal guidance from Cynthia to assist you in awakening that loving balance!

Learning to let go of anxious thoughts, false concepts, wants and desires frees us from constant suffering and sorrow. We’ll share an inspiring, creative and loving environment in a beautiful private residence on the water. Space is limited.

Cynthia has been an intuitive counselor and educator for 35 years, offering thousands of readings and hundreds of presentations. Her teaching focuses on creating very personal and experiential processes to awaken the gifts of intuition and healing that we all inherently have within to create transformation towards wholeness and well -being. Her orientation is grounded in Buddhist thought, so her teaching and counseling present the perspectives of the psychic world within the foundations of the Buddhist path of compassion, mindfulness and service. She holds a Master’s degree in counseling and human relations. She is also a credentialed English and Art teacher. She has been featured in Wisdom of the Whole, Wisdom of the East and Alternative Life Magazine.

She weaves these skills into her practice. The focus of her work is on mindfulness, personal growth and environmental awareness.
